The first quote is self-explanatory... Obama and Trumps approval rating are pretty much the same at the same time..
I've said all along polls were rigged. I even pointed out how they were being rigged on one site (538) right here on this board... I also said the same thing back then.... The provider of the call lists provides the end result within a very slim margin.... Whichever side or political lean is paying for the poll WILL get what they want to see... They have had to change their ways some (adopting internet polls into the averages)
