Duh, I logged in to an account I don't follow the other one with and I can see the tweet, so it must not be ghosted. Should have done that to begin with. Just weird that some give it to you and some don't. Kinda like women.

Yea, I just think it's some bug. Pretty random when it happens. A bit annoying, but not harmful.
