They didn't dump Hillary. Hillary's been working on the Ukranians for years. If she got in she was going to attempt another pro-Russia coup. Manafort was in Ukraine on Hillary/Obama's behalf molding a pro-Russia candidate ( a real nazi type guy at that). That's why payments were going to the Podesta Group and they are no longer in business because of it.
Keep in mind. Ivanka and Chelsey are best friends. Early in Trumps campaign I'm sure there were no real issues between the two. Manafort may have even used Hillary as a reference or maybe even been recommended
