Not sure what it has to do with illegally crossing the border into another country though. Maybe someone is standing there playing it dramatically while the illegal border crossers make their daring (albeit easy peasy) attempt to defeat the wall with their patented Walmart Border Wall Assault Rope and Ladder (TM). Very dramatic.
