I think it has something to do with users no being able to access your sites (if you have your servers in the east coast).
I have my servers here and traffic seems way down. So has my mailings. Only 80% deliverable since this past Thurs, Fri, prob due to the blackout. I spoke with my ISP and he said that some ISP/Providers had their routers/network fried and are trying to resolve it. May take till next week to resolve. Not sure. Anyway, I hope this gets fixed soon. Can have my mailer sending out to 80% when the norm is 98%.
