I had this in Kuala Lumpur. A woman kneeled and started to piss and shit on the sidewalk in the middle of the day. You could see she wasn't 100%. And yesterday i saw a guy jerking off in Bangkok at night when we walked to the hotel. I seen that guy before, doing it for years. nobody cares. At least, i don't care. Also not 100%, he lives there under a bridge.
