It will get you fit as fuck, but I'm not too keen on the idea of doing powerlifting movements for many reps as fast as possible. And those stupid kipping pullups they do makes me laugh every time I see it.
I go to a regular gym (LA Fitness) and I'm one of the only guys there you'll see doing power cleans and squat cleans. I can only go so far because there's no bumper plates and I wouldn't want to drop 225 from a failed clean attempt all the way to the floor.
