Reguardless... It's still a fact that not a single school shooter has used a bump stock. In fact the only mass shooting to even use one was the Vegas shooter but he had shit loads of guns.
The point being bump stocks are not really the issue at hand and they actually make it harder to aim the weapon..
Ban on high capacity mags would be much more sensible than banning a useless bump stock.. Ban any clip over 10 rounds for any gun and make it mandatory jail time if you are caught with them. No grandfather shit.
Wouldn't eliminate the problem but would neuter most AR guns with out banning the gun.

You're correct, it's 18 "school shootings" since the beginning of year. Should raise the eye brows on every american, but business as usual. I also agree with you that bump stocks wont change anything, geez anyone with a sane mind can understand that. So why is this even being proposed? I guess to hand out some crumbs to the anti gun people.
