I live in a major city in Poland, very close to Bohemia so more or less the same area. Today, 600 years later, I honestly do not see a black person more then once per 1-2 months at best. In rural Poland, you could probably go years between if you ever see one at all. I think it's more realistic that some villagers in rural Bohemia in the 15th century didn't even know black people existed.
