I got circumcised in my mid 20s and its honestly not too different. If you dont get washed for a few days when your uncut then yeah,you get gunk but most people wash everyday or so and its not a problem. Biggest thing i noticed was actually less feeling in the head after being cut. Guess its got something to do with being more exposed when the skin is gone
