Appeals court rules against Trump, says Gay workers are protected by Civil Rights Act

Last year captain bone spurs filed a court brief saying that Gays should not be protected in the workplace and be treated equaly and should be able to be fired solely because of their sexual orientation.

Trump doesn't believe in the Constitution and Pledge of Allegiance that tell us we're all equal and have equal rights. Trump thinks it's okay to fire someone because they are Gay but not because they are straight. The court disagrees with him.

Civil Rights Act Protects Gay Workers, Federal Court Rules

"The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overruled prior decisions and said that a worker?s sex is necessarily a factor in discrimination based on sexual orientation.

The ruling went against a court brief filed by the Trump administration in 2017 that said Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was not intended to provide protections to gay workers."

Fuck you captain bone spurs you old fat fossil you lose again! MAGA
