what the fuck are you talking about? literally NO NHL players were playing in this tournament. The nhl voted against it for insurance purposes. You had KHL players in there and some from other european super leagues and a few scrap canadians who no longer play professionally thrown in the mix.
I have no stones to throw at russia for winning gold, it's fine by me and seeing germany go to the final was good for the game as a whole, which i have already said here. But lets take it for what it is... This tournament is devoid of any real pros aside from a few Russians who couldn't get visas...
