Fag, you will be surprised but the USA have a 10х more serious AIDS epidemic than Russia. Why and how come? That's because you have no free HIV tests and free HIV treatment like we have. You just have no idea how many people are infected in your country, because they have to pay money to find out their HIV status.

Do you know that the official HIV rate in the USA and in Russia is about the same, but here the HIV tests are free and sometimes they are mandatory. Course the statistics here is much better than in your country.

P.P.S. You are a homosexualist. How often you do a HIV test? How often you do it for free? Does your government provide you all the necessary meds to cure your disease or you have to buy them by yourself?
