Any producer or agent can pronounce them self on it ?
What launched the Twitter attack with August was that she would not shoot a scene with a male talent who also did gay porn. It wasn't always a taboo area. As long as everyone had their tests, there was a day when no one cared what else they were shooting. That changed around 2010 when, a male talent shot gay scenes in Brazil with no tests and, brought HIV back to the US. From that time on, most agencies stopped allowing their talent to shoot with "Cross overs" or, men who shoot both straight and, gay porn. I do not know if it was in their contract or, just understood. I produce a lot of cuckold/bi content so I remember well when the rules changed. The large LA agencies have a lot of influence over the models and, video producers. Just taking a stance on bullying might be enough but, it wouldn't hurt to put it into the contract. I am not sure how much the agencies want to get involved but, the porn business is getting roasted in the mainstream media with the rash of recent, tragic deaths of porn stars. Florida just passed a bill that declares porn a public risk hazard. In the wake of the 2257 war on porn and, how vulnerable the industry is, it would probably be in the agents best interest to do what they can to stop the bullying. It shouldn't take much.
