Freedom of speech does not apply on a privately owned messageboard like GFY or a privately owned videosite like Youtube.
The owner can dictate whatever conditions they want, and if you signed the user agreement - then you are bound by those conditions and are deemed to have accepted them. If you don?t like it? You are free to leave, no one forces you to remain a member of said forum or videosite.
Freedom of speech only applies to the state/government, the state/government can not tell you what you are allowed to think, say or express. But just because you have a right to you opinion - no one need to provide a plattform or an audience to you where you can say it.
