The owner can dictate whatever conditions they want, and if you signed the user agreement - then you are bound by those conditions and are deemed to have accepted them. If you don’t like it? You are free to leave, no one forces you to remain a member of said forum or videosite.
Freedom of speech only applies to the state/government, the state/government can not tell you what you are allowed to think, say or express. But just because you have a right to you opinion - no one need to provide a plattform or an audience to you where you can say it.

You lefties can't have your cake and eat it too. Youtube can decide what it wants on it's site. Mr Religious cake baker can decide not to bake the gay wedding cake. It is his business after all. Lets take that a step further. Racist white person can refuse service to blacks? It is his/her business after all.
