The difference is.. you don't want the truth.. You want to be spoon fed exactly what you want to hear and consider anyone not spoon feeding you to be fake news. You run around the internet shopping for the news you want to hear no matter who it is or what the source is you are A ok with it so long as it's what you want to hear..
