nobody forces users to use google...you can hardly have a monopoly on a voluntary free service...it is their platform....just like facebook and twitter do not allow porn...
google owes you nothing as far as search results go...I have no doubt that organic ranking for porn is being blocked and that they want money...its just that you have no grounds to sue them...
