Alright, found it.
It was a simple banner for mobile devices from trafficcompany.
Sick, as their banners are not disturbing in any way.
But I found out, that your site also gets punished when the ad-landing-page is not user-friendly.
Man, it's getting harder and harder for banners. When it's not the banner itself, it's the landing page. Google always finds a way to fuck you in the ass.
