i have collected 15K Whatsup user mostly from DACH Countries, through Social media and dating sites and my Goal is to reach 25K.

the question is ?

are there any boots can help me send one message to all those users?
are there any ways to generate more money through those users? i haven t yet sent them anything but i am looking around as first i need to find a software that can help me send one message to all of them.

also i need to finger out how can i put a video of girl if someone call me in whatsup.
i guess this would helps me generate leads for cams/dating ?
