China does not have just "inferior steel" they have all grades but what the USA wanted was.. cheap stuff and that's what they are sent. The USA produces 70% of all steel the country needs. TTP2 now is in process without the USA and I'll tell you one of the first actions TTP2 will make.. no Tariffs on any partners or we will throw tariffs on American products. Its fucking fate that TTP was to fight the Chinese and now its going to be used to fight the USA. sad really.

China - $636 billion traded with a $375 billion deficit.
Canada - $582 billion traded with an $18 billion deficit.
Mexico - $557 billion traded with a $71 billion deficit.
Japan - $204 billion traded with a $69 billion deficit.
Germany - $171 billion traded with a $65 billion deficit.
Do you understand just about every country we trade with we have a deficit?
