When it comes to job performance I don't take any shit either. If you can't keep up with me at 44 and you're 19 then I'll send ya back home to mommy and replace you with a machine. Done it countless of times.
You also have to consider Trump is a developer. He's planning for the future project/task.. If the job supervisor doesn't fit with that project/task then it's out with the old in with the new.
