yes it changes the game because you expect to make a profit on an already built property and this only raises the price because you parasite in...building a new property is fine...the more properties on the market the lower the price...

I would tax the shit out of anybody who makes money this way to discourage property hoarding...I am not advocating any seizure of property...
your reasons for people not wanting a home are invalid...they still get to pay for those services because rent will cost them that much more...if property was not a speculative bubble lots of people could afford it...

the government should provide cheap housing to its citizens...they would be free from debt slavery and have larger disposable incomes and this in turn would stimulate the economy more evenly...the way the system is set now, money-out-of-thin-air stimulates a housing racket and the funds just trickle up...
