Well these guys seem to be offering the only decent solution aside from the Manwin mafia so I hope it's not a scam. The fact that they are offering it for free leaves me wondering what the catch is.
But regarding the 20 million figure, perhaps they are expecting their service to be used outside the UK by other sites/countries that require age verification?
