Before I even finish signing up, I get this:

Please send us a copy of your ID (passport or driving license) and proof of your postal address (bank statement, utility bill addressed to you and dated in last 6 months) to
[email protected], or simply answer to this email and attach your documents.
Should the entries in your Sedo account be incorrect or expired, please send us the correct details so that we can update this information.
Also, if you have to change the name and surname of the contact person in your Sedo account, please send us the passport and address proof of this individual. Please be informed it will not be possible to re-open your Sedo account without any ID copy and the asked utility bill.
