I used to shoot first timers 10 and 20 and 30 years ago. It was a breeze. A few references were all I needed to get 3 or 4 new talents every week. And I didn't really do porn. All I was shooting were amateur / glam nudes.
Today, it is almost impossible to find newcomers for paysites. People are aware of the negative perception they receive from intolerant communities about nudity. Girls shy back from that.
There are other opportunities, but none as easy as shooting first timers 15 years ago ....
