Rod Rosenstein's wife Lisa Barsoomian represented all of the accused for many years.. Comey. both Clinton's , Obama and even Mueller himself. Clearly a MAJOR conflict of interest. Sessions recused himself just because he was on Trumps campaign.. Rosenstein goes home every night to their legal representative.
