No matter who I might disagree with on GFY about anything, one thing I would never do is squat on someone's domain and attempt to hold it for ransom or sell it to one of their employees (WTF?). A domain name, even though its small, is the center of anyone's business idea. It's what they base their business on, brand, even graphics and web design.
You are in the adult business, I am in the adult business. I do business with a few other companies and individuals here, and so do you. I attend a trade show here and there as I'm sure you do too. Wouldn't it be nice to run into each other, shoot the shit and trade cards over a beer one day? If you're business is domains, shit I could even send business your way, but not if you're going to fuck me over.

Mark I hate to break it to you but those 3 words in any sequence are generic terms. So not much recourse. He should however give you a better price
