If she is able to get out of the NDA I bet she gets millions for a book deal and some interviews.
She's rolling the dice. If she wins, she wins big. If she loses and still has to adhere to the NDA, it no longer matters. Everyone knows they had sex so she will get booked like crazy to dance and make movies and she can still cash in nicely.
