So, yeah it's fun to click around in cPanel but easier to just make a ticket that says: "please install this script in that domain and use this email for the admin - oh and also create the email account, thanks."
10 minutes later you get a notification that it's ready and you go configure your script. Difference is you can do something else during those 10 minutes instead of clicking around in cpanel.
Also Brad is a great guy and when you bump into him at shows and remark about his amazing shirts (you don't even have to lie, - they really are amazing) he will usually have someone for you to meet that can help your business grow.

But how easy is it to move your site to another host (for whatever reason) if you haven't got access to cpanel php/mysql admin? Whenever I've tried non cpanel hosting, they usually change the names of the wordpress tables and it's a nightmare to switch back to cpanel hosting, at least for somebody who isn't extremely tech savvy like me.
