Other than in trade mark and patent infringement, which is not what Trump is complaining about, all the Chinese are doing is making goods cheaper than the west. Then consumers in the west are more than happy to lap up their daily dose of cheap goods.

China is stealing tech and China is no longer cheap like they used to be. This will hurt China in the long run as business will move to Vietnam or other up and coming economies. China will end up like Mexico when everyone left Mexico to move to China.
