first of all he did not win by a landslide - in fact most americans did NOT vote for him.
2.nd: yes he promised that and THIS is the point why people with no clue should not be allowed to vote.
everybody with even a few skills in economy would be able to know that this is a suicide promise. only for low IQ people who can not think around the corner it sounds logic.
