Its irrelevant whose in power.. China has 800 million people reaching middle class in the next 10 years... That can be delayed by something like TPP, or it can be speed up by China lowering foreign investment requirements and attracting more money locally. Just be clear, it can't be stopped.
Seriously the only policy that would work in the USA right now is to double the population, everyone should be fucking and making babies. And making sure you don't get on China's wrong side.. especially for future generations.
