a research dollar in china goes way longer than a research dollar in the USA...china already makes better CPUs than the USA does at a fraction of the cost...also china did not "cave in"...it is a game...the USA made a move now china responded...this is not "caving in" until the game is over...
on a side note I find it hilarious that people believe in "trumps miracle diet pills"...4x broke boy trump knows something other politicians before him did not...funny LOL
