It seems to me he was at school when this happened, and eventually was escorted out of the school after it was safe. Then he went home, and said to himself he didn't want this to be "just another shooting" and decided to return to the school after the shooting to take additional footage with a video camera.
He returned to the school after the shooing to take additional footage to ensure it didn't become "just another shooting".
Sorry, this is nothing more than pure bullshit from a bullshit site.
