I don't know if you all are fucking with him or just not understanding his issue
If you put too many elements (and text) in responsive design, it still looks like crap when screen size is reduced (like, full mobile screen of various shit on header only)
So to answer the OP's question... purge it all from header and move it elsewhere, as simple as that. Case closed.
