Firstchoice load fee increase clarified...
it was a technical issue why they were charging more for immediate load, good to hear this
Just got ths email:
Dear Valued Customer,
Due to a technical issue in our system, Firstchoice Pay deducted an extra 3.18 USD for each fee charge made between March 25, 2018 – March 27, 2018.
To correct this, we will be crediting back the extra amount charged within the next business day.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
