Mark just be a little creative. Register a domain that's ALMOST like the one you had. Misspell a word, substitute a word, add a 'S' or a 'the' or 'x'. Then put your stuff back up and go about your business.
Since I don't know the domain name or how much revenue the site/domain generated it's hard to really say how much fight it's worth going into, you know?
I know if it were ME, and the site was bringing in consistent dollars (Canadian or US) I would try to salvage that revenue by piggybacking a new domain onto the brand you had built before. If TheDynasty doesn't like it let him sue you. LOL
