Since I don't know the domain name or how much revenue the site/domain generated it's hard to really say how much fight it's worth going into, you know?
I know if it were ME, and the site was bringing in consistent dollars (Canadian or US) I would try to salvage that revenue by piggybacking a new domain onto the brand you had built before. If TheDynasty doesn't like it let him sue you. LOL

Thanks PN for the advice.... but I don't know, that's just not me. I'm kind of hoping that he might just change his mind and give it back to me. If he does, all is forgiven. If not, I'll lick my wounds and carry on.
I've emailed a couple of people at Streamate to let them know what is going on. Legally, he has demonstrated "Bad Faith" I believe. Streamate says they will look into it and get back to me. Fingers crossed!
