So the story is how NYC has reduced their crime, what lessons can be learned there to roll out to the rest of America?

Knife gangs having wars in London and the UK in General has been going on for more than 100 years.. but you know that of course? Also the main increase has been in underage offenders, but you know that as well I presume.
