No one asked the British people if they wanted high migration of Muslims. The figures prove that the Labour Government were the ones most responsible for this.

The problem is the migration into the UK was badly controlled or uncontrolled allowing people in who made little or no contribution. And worse still was the different cultures that arrived. Cultures that are very different to British cultures, make no attempt to integrate and want to remain foreigners in their new homeland, accept when accepting welfare.
Those leaving the UK were, by and large, the top 20% of the population. Try getting a work visa in another non-EU country. They are not given away freely.
This has affected the UK in more ways than the Government is prepared to admit.
Even though their own figures prove there is a problem. Wages are stagnant for most of the population. Some employers were subsidised by the government by "topping up" low pay. The Government thought removing the top up would force employers to pay more. It didn't so more people slipped into poverty.
Maybe that was the plan.
