Yep, read the article. However...what I didn't do was read it and add my own spin and interpretation of the facts.
According to the story, asking patients for cigarettes and "wandering down hallways" doesn't constitute a threat. Nuisance, yes...not a threat. Not even something they could issue a trespass to property notice.
