I lived in Australia for 5 years with my son not coming back to America even once the whole time.
Hating #1 like Tommy, Crucifissio, BaldBastard etc. is called Tall Poppy Syndrome in Australia (their term), they "cut down" any American or Brit like you'd "cut down" a tall Poppy. So yeah I get that mentality for sure lol.
