We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with this downtime, and we appreciate your patience. Transfers to cards is operational again, so please try your transfers now as they should be successful.

This issue is one of the reasons we recently introduced instant withdrawal to external credit/debit cards as we want our clients to have additional instant options available.

We are aware of the new card issue printing problem and subsequent delays, and we have been working on a solution that should resolve the issue within the next few weeks.

We also regularly make changes to the backend of our system (security, updates, maintenance, improvements, etc), and occasionally these updates can cause interruptions in our day-to-day service, such as loading funds from accounts to cards. Our techs work diligently to reduce these problems.

Please rest assured that we value your business, we understand how important your payments are, and we are working hard to provide the best service possible to the thousands of clients that use Paxum everyday.
