I saw the headline but didn't get a chance to look into it.. To date Trump's moves against Russia tend to be like little girls playing party cake..

Example a big deal was made about him expelling 60 Russian diplomats but it was later found out that Russia can replace them as soon as they want.. ie they could start sending new ones today or hell they might already have done so..

I suspect this is more of the same.. a big public hoopla but probably no meat on the bones.. Trump is sucking Putins cock.. Putin probably gave him a list of guys he doesn't like in Russia and told Trump to sanction them for the publicity... I wouldn't be suprised..
