Now what are you going to do when -- and this is a real possibility -- Trump and the GOP controlled DOJ DONT actually prosecute anyone with HR 1865?

This law is so poorly written and overly broad it probably wont withstand judicial review. So perhaps they will never go after anyone with FOSTA and will just use it like 18 USC 2257 to scare people.
