if I was pooty I would do the following:
every time the USA does a false flag trying to pin something on russia I would sell a nuke to some 3rd world country...literally any time a corrupt US politician opens his mouth a nuke would be sold at cost just to piss the west off...there is no playing nice with the west...you have to teach the west to fuck off...
oh and bacteria as well...not just nukes...
