There is international agreement by the US that states any use of chemical weapons requires action. The US and Russia and all members of the UN have agreed to this.

Russia is in violation of this agreement with their attack in the UK and now threatening war if UN members act aginst the use of chemical weapons.

Russia needs to be removed from the UN and added to the list of rogue nations. Putin continues to create a terrorist state with his nation and they should be treated accordingly.

Travel bans, sanctions and international trade bans.
