That is possible. But then Obama was considered the same. It is all about turnout. if the black vote turns out for Kamala Harris, she will win. They did not turn out for Clinton to the same degree they turned out for Obama.

The person holding the lead right now is a democrat who is very well funded. Now that he will no longer be a "protest candidate" there may be some scrutiny, but he will probably win. No new candidate can raise the millions he has raised. The election is in 7 months.
