There's people who respond belligerently and/or refuse to comply with the demands of police. And people who respond friendly and/or peaceably comply to the demands of police.
The belligerent people will often get harassed or arrested, for refusing to comply if nothing else. The friendly ones will often not get harassed or arrested, for willingness to comply if nothing else.
That's called friendly privilege. Its belligerentist and its got to stop!
